Most plumbers will not put a number on the page. I will. These are the actual ranges for the jobs I do most often. Final price after I have seen it.

Why ranges, not fixed prices?

Every house is different. A tap washer replacement on a modern mixer is half the time of one on a 1970s wall-mounted tap with a damaged seat. Honest ranges respect that, while still telling you what you are in for. The bottom of the range is "easy job, no surprises". The top is "the tap is older than your grandkids".

Surcharges

After-hours and weekends

After-hours (after 6pm weekdays) and all weekend callouts add a $90 fixed surcharge. I will tell you that on the phone before I drive out. Public holidays are double, so think hard about whether it can wait until Tuesday.

No call-out fee during business hours. The first 30 minutes on site is included.
