Why this page exists
Most tradie websites are all "from $80!" and stock photos. This is what an actual week of plumbing looks like. The cost column is what the customer paid, including parts and GST. Job descriptions are anonymised but otherwise accurate.
Burst flexi-hose under kitchen sink. Cabinet floor swollen, tenant had turned off mains. Replaced both hot and cold flexi, dried the cabinet base, tested for further leaks.

Hot water no hot. Diagnosed failed lower element on a 1985 Rheem dual-element tank. Replaced element and thermostat, flushed 4kg of sediment out of the bottom.

Gas cooktop service for a rental property. Burner #2 flame yellow, cleaned injectors, checked seals, replaced one regulator. Compliance certificate issued.

After-hours call. Toilet wouldn’t stop running, owner couldn’t find the isolation valve. Replaced fill valve, button mechanism, and the inlet hose for good measure.

Burst pipe in garage. 1970s copper line corroded through near a soldered joint. Cut out 60cm of old line and ran new copper. Pressure tested.
